Press release: Urban Interventions / Two works in public space

As part of the EU project "Urban Interventions" Atelierhaus Salzamt presents two works by guest artists from Tallinn, Estonia that are currently exhibited in public space.

Installation "Not Necessarily So" by Laura Toots and Paul Kuimet can be seen in the former pharmacist house at Hofberg 10. Artists have merged their personal projects into one single artwork that defines the space selected for the exhibition. With bringing together their respective approaches, the external context of a home and the internal intimacy of a family both become depicted from an unheimlichperspective.

From 13 to 24 October 2010, every day 14-18

On the eastern entrance of the parking garage of Lentos Art Museum (a red cube) guest artist Paul Kuimet shows his site-specific installation "Untitled (246x343)".
